How It Works

  1. Please fill out the form below with some information about your order and the issue you are experiencing.
  2. Once we can review your claim, a team member will reach out to you for any additional information or arrange a replacement within 3-5 business days.
  3. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit or send a comparable replacement. Please wait to dispose of the product until we contact you and have resolved your claim.

Caring For Your Products

Leather is a natural material and may display slight variations in texture and appearance. We do not consider these imperfections but indications of high-quality materials. Caring for your leather products is essential to preserve their durability, appearance, and longevity.

We always recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading, drying out, or mold growth, preferably in a breathable dust bag or cotton pillowcase.

During the manufacturing and shipping, creases may form on the bag, which should gradually disappear with regular use. If the bag's appearance has been affected by regular use, we recommend seeking a professional handbag or leather care specialist.

Product Lifetime

After years of daily use and adventure, it’s normal for products to begin to show scuff marks, scratches, or fraying. This isn’t necessarily a sign of faulty workmanship but of a product well-loved. When the time comes, we encourage our customers to consider a replacement from Lo & Sons to keep the journey going.
